Janice has been guiding in historic London for over 10 years and as a qualified Blue Badge Guide she has expert knowledge of the city past and present. Bespoke tours that include the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Changing the Guard, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Churchill War Rooms can be easily arranged. In addition to exploring the city’s fashionable Shoreditch area with it’s vibrant street art and shopping. Janice can also lead you on specialist gourmet food tours centred on Borough Market, Spitalfields and Marylebone. Drawing on her experience at The Royal Society of Medicine the itinerary can be healthcare orientated with visits to areas around Harley Street, Bloomsbury and to Guy’s Hospital and the Old Operating Theatre Museum on the original site of St Thomas' Hospital. In addition to her extensive experience of guiding in Britain with trips to historic Hampton Court, Bath, Stonehenge, Oxford and Windsor Castle, Janice has tour experience in China, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Cuba and a recent trip to Shetland and the Orkney Islands. |
